In 2004, we successfully launched the Monteagle Residential Property Partnership LP ( Limited Partnership Fund). This was amongst the first London residential property Limited Partnerships which provided UK and overseas investors access to a collective investment, under the umbrella of a Financial Conduct Authority regulated fund operator, utilising Monteagle’s expertise in acquiring, developing and managing Central London residential properties.
Experience
Monteagle collectively has directors and associates with a lifetime of experience in the property industry as well as a broad architectural, interior design and project management background. The team has many years of working with partners in the Far East and has a long established presence in Singapore.
